A while back I was lucky enough to try out the new location of Noodles & Company at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza in Garden City, and I was super excited when they contacted me to try out their new seasonal menu. What is more exciting than that? The fact that they want to invite 10 of my readers to join me! That’s right! But more on that later.

If you are not familiar, Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain where its globally inspired dishes come together to create Your World Kitchen. Everything is made fresh to order, just as you like it, using quality ingredients.  Dishes are delivered to the table allowing guests time to sit and relax or grab a quick bite. We loved our experience when we went to the opening! Fast Casual is also a great dining option when it comes to going with kids. Now, with the new seasonal menu you can get a great new taste to add to an already great menu. 

Noodles & Company’s new spring menu items include:

  • Margherita Flatbread – Fresh whole leaf basil, Roma tomato, a custom blend of Italian seasonings, feta and Parmesan cheese toasted atop flatbread.
  • Backyard Barbecue Chicken Salad – This fan favorite is returning to the menu by popular demand! Pulled chicken breast tossed in barbecue sauce, fresh-cut corn, Roma tomato and red cabbage over mixed greens with tangy coleslaw dressing.
  • Asparagus di Parma – Fresh asparagus, white wine butter sauce, mushrooms and tomato tossed with spaghetti noodles. Served with Parmesan-crusted chicken breast and finished with a lemon wedge and a dusting of Parmesan cheese.
  • Rustic Hummus – Rustic Hummus served with fresh cucumber, red bell pepper, broccoli and pita chips. Topped with a Kalamata olive and fresh lemon wedge.
