Someone needs to help me and FAST! I am tumbling down a slide of glorious fatty foods, and although it is wonderful for the taste buds, it is becoming dangerous on the hips and health. I am not sure what’s wrong with me? Unless it’s covered in sauce or cheese I am not happy. A good chicken meal with veggies just doesn’t cut it, and for weeks I have failed on my weekly menu plans. Bottom line? I have been a huge failure in the kitchen.
I need some inspiration. Every time I try to come up with what to cook for the week I find myself uninspired, and tired of all the old “go to’s”. It’s all so been there done that and I feel there is only so many times I can serve meat sauce or chicken cutlets. So instead of going outside the box I decide to not cook at all or do take out. Not the best plan of attack.
Cooking Motivation
So I need help. I need some motivation to cook, because I honestly enjoy it when I actually do it. I want more crock pot meal ideas because I love to cook in the crock pot at least once a week. It’s so easy and it works for my lifestyle. On top of that I need easy meals that are easy to do.

Sometimes you just go through a phase where you feel like heartier foods, especially if you’ve been denying yourself them for a while! Good luck in getting back to eating how you want to eat, but don’t worry if you have the occasional slip up!
