It took me awhile to save up for it, but now my family actually asks me if I'm bringing my camera to gatherings. They all want me taking pics. And when my husband's aunt didn't hire a pro photographer for her wedding I did my best to get her some nice shots. I think SLR cameras are definitely not just for pros anymore.
