I guess Mother’s Day was never the hugest deal in our house, plus for the past 7 years I haven’t really been to PA to celebrate with her (a few times I went I’m not that awful lol). Also, we have no holidays that have been “ours” so someday it will be nice just to do something as “our family” but we’ll see if that really happens when the time comes!

I couldn’t help but chuckle at “Someday I will be a mother myself so this day will be mine:)”…even with baby #2 on the way I STILL feel like Mother’s Day is MY mom’s day. lol.
